Occupational Therapists

Full-time and part-time positions are available in our Montrose, Grand Junction and Glenwood Springs locations. Services are provided to patients in their homes or other place of residence. Sign-on bonus is available.

Licensed Practical Nurses

Glenwood Springs - Full-time and part-time positions are available for LPNs. Must have reliable transportation, IV certification, and exhibit desire to work cooperatively as a member of the health care team.

Physical Therapists

Full-time and part-time positions are available in our Montrose and Grand Junction locations. Services are provided to patients in their homes or other places of residence. Reliable transportation is required. New grads are welcome to apply. Sign-on bonus available.

Home Health Aides

CNA license required - Positions available in Montrose and Grand Junction. Must have reliable transportion.

Registered Nurses

Full-time and part-time positions available for RNs in Montrose, Grand Junction and Glenwood Springs. Home health experience is preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply. Sign-on bonus and reloaction assistance is available.
